Service Description

1-on-1 evaluation or treatment that will go into detail on the current injury or functional deficit, previous medical history, and detailed movement screen to determine the treatment needed.

Cancellation Policy

To cancel or reschedule, please contact us at least 24 hours in advance, so that we have enough time to fill your spot with another client. Any cancels or reschedules less than 24 hours prior to your schedule appointment are subject to being charged 100% of the session fee.
