Kyle Winters, DPT
As you can tell from my website photos, my family is the most important thing in my life. I would do anything to stay healthy and active in order to help and provide for them. It is my mission to get my patients back to the things that are important in their life. Pain, stiffness, and weakness can all have a drastic impact on our daily lives and prevent us from doing the activities that make us happy. Through my treatment style, you can get back to those things you love as quickly as possible.
I took an oath to put my patient's well-being at the forefront of my care. If, during my assessment, I feel you are not a good candidate for my treatment method, I will refund your session, and refer you to the proper provider.
DPT (Doctorate of Physical Therapy) - Maryville University of Saint Louis
I graduated in 2013 and have been working in the outpatient orthopedic setting my whole career. I am licensed in both Missouri & Illinois, so I can see any patient located in one of these states.
I am trained in the McKenzie Method. This allows me to assess a patients responses to movement in order develop a treatment plan to get them back to their prior level of function as quickly as possible. Based on your evaluation, I will use a combination of repeated movements and manual therapy, so that you can start to move with less pain. Once we improve your motion, we start to get into the strength and stability phase where we will work on building those functional movement patterns.
