Service Description

Spine Rehab at Home will set up an appointment based on your preferences. If you prefer telehealth, in person, or a combination of both, we will work with you to get the best care possible.

Cancellation Policy

To cancel or reschedule, please contact us at least 24 hours in advance, so that we have enough time to fill your spot with another client. Any cancels or reschedules less than 24 hours prior to your schedule appointment are subject to being charged 100% of the session fee.
